Even though previous photos might fool you to think that my hair is somewhat straight, that is alas, incorrect. I have been "blessed" (or maybe "cursed) with curly hair. As a child, having curly blond hair was cute but when hitting the awkward teen years, curly hair became a hassle. My curly hair has a bit of a personality disorder, you see. 85 % of the time when I leave my hair to naturally dry it turns out weird and frizzy. However, the remaining 15 % of the time this happens:
I took these yesterday evening (no make-up = I look like I'm 13) when I discovered that my hair had dried into something quite decent. It is on these types of occasions that I'm quite grateful for the fact that I have curly hair.
 Obviously, these kinds of curls don't come completely without work. It is, however, a lot easier than blow drying it. The only thing I did to my hair after I washed it was to comb it out, apply hair oil and then scrunch it up a little.  So if you also have curly, unpredictable hair, I sure hope that you're using some kind of hair oil because for me it makes all the difference! XXX Labels: hair |
